
Get the 4-1-1 on College and CareersPALM HARBOR – Palm Harbor Library will be offering a special program for high school-aged teens to assist them in the transition to college, technical school or a career after graduation. The workshop will explore career choices, budgeting, student loans and the importance of credit. Participants will receive prizes and giveaways (such as gift cards to Starbucks and Target) as well as a free lunch. There will be games and discussions that focus on life skills and financial responsibility. The workshop will be held on Saturday, May 30, from 12:00-2:30 p.m. at the library located at 2330 Nebraska Avenue. Enrollment is limited to 25 teens, ages 14-19, and pre-registration is required.
