Beach Body Boot Camp to BeginLARGO - The City of Largo's Recreation, Parks and Arts Department is starting a boot camp program on the beach. The program is led by ACE Certified Personal Trainer Luke Scheffert and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. starting July 2. Boot camp participants can expect a great workout that will get them into shape to show off their beach bodies. Registration is being accepted at the Highland Recreation Complex, 400 Highland Avenue.
