
Clearwater Marine Aquarium to Give Away 100 Winter Painting Reprints During Fourth of July CelebrationClearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) will host its first-ever 4th of July celebration Saturday, July 4, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. The first 100 people through the doors that morning who mention this promotion (CMA opens at 9 a.m. that day) will receive a free reprint of a one-of-a-kind "Stars and Stripes" Winter painting made especially for Independence Day 2009. Winter has become quite the artist, so don't miss out on this special opportunity to have a reprint of this priceless holiday painting! The family event will include food, live music, fun activities for kids and special Independence Day-themed dolphin shows. Congratulations to the following winners of CMA's Independence Day contest. All winners will be invited to participate in their 4th of July festivities and read their explanation of what Independence Day means to them. The grand prize winner will receive one free week to CMA's Summer Camp and will get to help the trainers during the 11:30 a.m. dolphin show this Saturday, July 4. The other four winners will receive a certificate to come back and get a picture taken with one of the dolphins.
Admission to CMA is $11 for adults, $9 for seniors (ages 60 and over) and $7.50 for kids (ages 3-12). Picnic fare will be available for purchase at an additional $5 for adults and $4 for kids.
