The Island Estates home of Wayne Millington and Sandy Klontz was the perfect setting for the Island Estates Yacht Club's Party, Caribbean Night", on Saturday, June 27th. Sixty members and guests feasted on Mango Pulled Pork and Barbequed Beef. Members brought their favorite salad, appetizer or dessert, so there was indeed lots of wonderful food to share. The entertainment was provided by the Steel Drum Genius, Jonny Lowery. The music and the tropical flowers, which were everywhere, added to the Caribbean ambiance of the evening. The committee who put this all together were, Betsy and George Powers, Jim and Patricia Ostrosky, Nancy and Michael Lawrence, Peggy and John Gibson, Jean and Scott Sanders, Dianne and Chuck Stebbins, Wayne Millington and Sandy Klontz, Tom and Vivian Smith and Sandee and Jim Pfister.
