Clearwater Attorney Mark S. Roman Appointed to ARIA's Board
Clearwater attorney Mark S. Roman is the newest member of the Board of Directors of the Arthritis Research Institute of America (ARIA), a not-for-profit research organization studying osteoarthritis. Mark S. Roman, a lifelong Tampa Bay area resident, received his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law. He is the founder of the Mark Roman Law Group. The Florida Bar has certified him as an expert in civil trial law, a designation shared by fewer than 2 percent of attorneys in the state. He is active in the community and has volunteered his time as a guardian ad litem and attorney ad litem for injured, abused and neglected children in legal proceedings in Florida. Since 1988, the Arthritis Research Institute of America (ARIA) has been studying thousands of participants to learn more about osteoarthritis. The 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit research organization is based in Clearwater, FL, but its findings have been published worldwide.
