Local Student Receives Diploma from Norwich UniversityNORTHFIELD, VT - Ryan James Boyton, of Palm Harbor, received a degree in Criminal Justice from Norwich University at a May 10 commencement ceremony. Norwich University is the oldest private military college in the United States and the birthplace of the nation's Reserve Officers Training Corps. (ROTC).
