National Purple Heart Recognition Day to be Held in DunedinNational Purple Heart Recognition Day Ceremony will be held Friday, August 7, at 10 a.m. The event will take place in Purple Heart Park, 300 Main Street, Dunedin. A short program will consist of reading of the National Purple Heart Recognition Day Proclamation and tribute to Purple Heart recipients (reading of the names of Purple Heart Park brick recipients.) Refreshments will be available, courtesy of Costco, and bricks will be available for purchase.
