
Supervisor of Elections Mails Ballots for Belleair Bluffs Special Referendum ElectionPinellas County Supervisor of Elections Deborah Clark mailed a total of 1,803 ballots (August 12) for the September 1, 2009 – City of Belleair Bluffs Special Referendum Election as follows:
City: Belleair Bluffs Additional mail ballot requests will be fulfilled daily as received. Daily ballot request and mailing updates are posted to the Web site, www.votepinellas.com, under the Current Elections tab. Mail Ballot Election The City of Belleair Bluffs has requested that its Special Referendum Election be conducted by all mail ballot. For the City of Belleair Bluffs mail ballot election, ALL REGISTERED VOTERS in Belleair Bluffs (Precinct 358) are being mailed ballots. Voters may also pick up a ballot at any Elections office and either vote it there or take it with them. All ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections by 7 p.m. September 1. No polling places will be open for this election. The Supervisor of Elections previously mailed a total of 11 overseas ballots for the City of Belleair Bluffs Special Referendum Election, pursuant to Florida Statutes 101.6103(7) and 101.62(4)(a). Domestic ballots were mailed for the referendum election pursuant to Florida Statute 101.6103, which requires that all domestic ballots be mailed no sooner than 20 days prior to the election, and no later than 10 days prior to the election.
