Low-Impact Workout Offered at Morningside Rec

Nancy Stoner, far right, leads a "Stay Fit" class at the Morningside Recreation Center on a recent Tuesday morning. The low-impact aerobic workouts set to music are scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Stoner also offers a "Stretch for Health" class for ages 55 and over. For details, call 507-4065 Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
