Blues Brothers Free Concert to be Held in Dunedin

DUNEDIN - Get your Tailfeather shaking! "Joliet" Jake and Elwood Blues will be on-hand for the first stop on the "Highway of Soul" Tour as they bombard Pioneer Park in Downtown Dunedin with soul-filled fun! The show will be on Friday, September 18th, and will be FREE.

The show will start at 7 p.m. at Pioneer Park, which is located at the corner of Main Street and Douglas Avenue in Downtown Dunedin. Local student entertainers will provide the opening and break entertainment, with the Blues Brothers performing popular songs such as "Soul Man," "Everybody Needs Somebody," "Hey Bartender" and more… including hits by Johnny Cash and Chuck Berry.

The Blues Brothers: Dunedin Tribute Show is part of the Showcase Arts Foundation, a local non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the arts in the Tampa Bay area.

Food and snacks will be available for purchase, and the event is family-friendly. Those interested in attending a are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
