Concert to Promote Alcohol and Drug Recovery Programs

In recognition of National Recovery Month, BayCare Behavioral Health is presenting the 6th Annual Rockin' Recovery concert and silent auction, Saturday, September 26, 6 p.m. at the James B. White Performing Arts Theatre, Central Catholic High School 2750 Haines Bayshore Road, Clearwater. Ticket price is $10 per person.

R&B artist Early Clover will perform at the event along with MoBetta. Clover performs original songs and tribute performances of legendary artists such as Marvin Gaye, Nat King Cole and the Carpenters. He is a former member of Gunter's Coasters, a spin off group of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, The Coasters.

Bob Holm of the Florida Department of Children and Families, Suncoast, and Goliath Davis, III, the Deputy Mayor of the City of St. Petersburg will be honored with a humanitarian leadership award.

Auction items including Tampa Rays packages, vacation packages in the Caribbean and North Carolina, tickets to the Outback Pro Am Golf tournament and much more. In support of Rockin' Recovery, the Tampa Bay Rays are offering $25 tickets to the October 2nd baseball game against the New York Yankees. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit programs at BayCare Behavioral Health.
