Author Talk and Book Signing SlatedSEMINOLE - Author, entrepreneur, and caregiver Linda Burhans will speak about her book Good Night and God Bless on Thursday, October 15, at 2 p.m., at the Seminole Community Library. A humorous and heartfelt story of her mother's last 18 months of life, Good Night and God Bless will inspire and assist anyone with the challenge of being the caregiver to a loved one. Understanding how to balance responsibilities by taking care of your needs and involving others helps manage the natural stress and isolation of being a caregiver. Burhans' books and this mini-workshop will encourage self-care and an understanding of human strengths and weaknesses experienced during a difficult time.
