This year they will be enjoying the 30th anniversary of the Clearwater Jazz Holiday, an event that has continually earned the public's trust for providing both star-studded and up-and-coming performances each fall at a price that can't be beat. The festival will kick-off tonight at Coachman Park with headliner and Grammy Award-winning vocalist Al Jarreau performing at 8:30pm. Friday night will be highlighted by another Grammy winner, trumpeter Chris Botti, who is making his second Jazz Holiday appearance. Saxophonist Boney James, a two-time Grammy nominee, will be featured on Saturday night, and the Grammy-winning New Orleans R&B group The Neville Brothers will close the festival on Sunday. Admission to the four-day event is free of charge. Food and beverage vendors will be on-site. A wheelchair-accessible handicapped viewing area will be setup along the sidewalk just west of Coachman Park's pond. Handicapped parking will be available on a first-come first-served basis in the Harborview Center parking lot adjacent to the park. 2009 Clearwater Jazz Holiday Schedule
