G.F.W.C. Honors Retiree Sharon Coil

The G.F.W.C. of Clearwater congratulated Sharon Coil on her retirement of Women on the Way Coordinator Challenge Center at St. Petersburg College, a position she has held since 1992. Prior to that she taught for 17 years. Much of the program's success was due to her dedication to the program and her outstanding leadership skills which resulted in changing so many lives in such a positive way. G.F.W.C. has supported W.O.T.W., a Resource and Support Center for re-entry students at St. Petersburg College since 1981, awarding 108 scholarships, totaling $83,000. Anyone wanting more information about the club is invited to attend a luncheon meeting at the Royal Palms of Largo.
