Quincy, a 4-month-old Boston terrier, eyes the hot dog being consumed by his owner, Amy Lacy, at the Soggy Doggie Splash Party at the Highland Family Aquatic Complex in Largo on October 17.
The Highland Family Aquatic Complex opened its doors to the dogs for the Soggy Doggie Splash Party on October 17. Dogs less than 18 inches tall could swim between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Taller dogs were scheduled 1:30-3:30 p.m. The man bending over at left is sending his dog down the frog slide. The other dogs shown are awaiting their turn.
