A Fabulous Festival for Clearwater's Beach Walk to be HeldBy Anne McKay GarrisClearwater Beach will be alive, this weekend, with music and laughter, unique crafts and good food, play places for kids and much more at the first ever craft and music fair on the elegant new Beach Walk at Clearwater Beach. Sponsored by the Tampa Bay Harvest and the Clearwater Beach Association, the Fun Fest gives you a chance to help the hunger of Tampa Bay even as you enjoy the festival. Bring some canned goods to donate, and spin the wheel to determine your prize. Watch the children enjoy the inflated big slide, the "bouncees" and just being by the surf. Get a head start on Christmas, purchasing unique treasures brought to you by artisans from as far away as Potomac, Maryland. Enjoy the music at two locations: everything from young artists to experienced performers, bringing you a variety of music forms for every music taste. Tampa Bay Harvest is an unique non-profit organization which empowers volunteers to pick up surplus foods from grocers and restaurants to be delivered to shelters and food pantries. With only one paid employee, TBH is able to use almost all donations to supplement the food made available to hungry people in Tampa Bay. Check out the TBH website for information on parking and the schedule of musicians, www.FamilyFunFest.net.
