"Get Fit" Expo Features Exhibitors, Demonstrations and More

(from left) Jean and Brianne Raas of the Crazy Paddler were among the many vendors and exhibitors at the "Get Fit" Expo at the Dunedin Community Center on October 17. The two are members of the Kai Aniani Outrigger Canoe Club, which meets weekly for practice off Clearwater Beach. The club has some 40 members ages 11-75. According to Brianne, the benefits of outrigger canoeing include cardiovascular fitness, endurance training, full body workout, teamwork and competition.
