Clearwater Chapter of Hadassah to MeetThe Clearwater Chapter of Hadassah will hold its meeting on Wednesday, November 18, at Temple B'Nai Israel, 1685 S. Belcher Road, Clearwater, 11:30 a m. Hadassah is pleased to welcome as guest speaker, Daniel Shannon, a retired educator, fortunate to have been selected to participate in the 1994 Norbert David Serota Fellowship to Israel, a program honoring the son, who was killed during the 1973 Yom Kippur War, of fellowship sponsors Mort and Rose Serota. Shannon's story is one of man's enduring search for peace through mutual understanding and respect. The public is welcome to attend. A light dairy lunch will be served.
