Jingle Jangle Jamboree to Benefit 12,000+ Youth Served by Eckerd Youth AlternativesCLEARWATER - On Saturday, November 14th, the stars will shine a little brighter as the Jingle Jangle Jamboree, Eckerd Youth Alternatives annual signature fundraiser, returns to Starkey Ranch in Odessa, Florida. This "can't miss" event promises to be an even bigger shindig than last year with a live musical performance by Country Music Hall of Famer Jett Williams, daughter of country music legend Hank Williams, and special guest appearance by celebrity chef and TV reality star Robert Hesse of Hell's Kitchen. And both have powerful stories to share. Jett Williams lost her family, found her family and is now helping other families through her music and message. Raised in foster care, Jett later discovered her birth father was Hank Williams who died at the tender age of 29 just five days before Jett was born. Now an advocate for foster children and orphans, Jett's personal triumph resonates through her music, and her sold-out shows are a tribute to her legendary father. Robert Hesse grew up locally and was headed down the wrong path as a teen before entering Eckerd Academy in Brooksville. While there, he discovered his passion for cooking and credits the program with saving his life. Robert is now a celebrated chef, successful restaurateur and fresh from his second season on Hell's Kitchen (FOX). In addition to being entertained and inspired, guests will enjoy an authentic western BBQ, dancing under the stars, moonlit hayrides, cracklin' bonfires with S'mores and a silent auction extravaganza - all to benefit the more than 12,000 at-risk youth served each year by Eckerd Youth Alternatives, a private not-for-profit organization founded in 1968 by Jack and Ruth Eckerd who believed every child deserved the opportunity to succeed.
