Basketball Team Has Undefeated Season
The Oak Grove boys' basketball team was undefeated this season, capturing the Pinellas County central division championship. They crushed everyone on their schedule by double digits. The Golden Knights averaged 55 points per game, while giving up an average of 29 points. Eighth graders on the team are Cody Carden, Armin Tabakovic, Raymond Johnson, Adam Harris, Alex Davis, Mevlut Dauti, Casey Kennedy, Scott McElravy, Juan Rivera, and Marcus Budd. Seventh graders are Jordan Leston, Rasim Avmet, Dominic Haggerty, and Darien Asberry. Dakarai Allen is the only sixth grader. Jamey Baby and Dave Cory coached the squad. Congratulations on an outstanding season!
