Dr. William Layman Wins WCDA'S Leadership Award

Dr. William Layman, Board Certified Orthodontist, is pictured above with Dr. Rudy Liddell, president of the West Coast Dental Association, at the WCDA's Annual President's Reception. The reception was held at the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg this year. Two awards were given, and Dr. Layman received the WCDA's Leadership Award. The WCDA is a component of the Florida Dental Association, representing sixteen counties. Dr. Layman was the first graduate of the Florida Dental Association's Leadership Institute, chaired Pinellas County's Give Kids a Smile 2010, and chaired the initiative to re-establish a dental education program for all first and fourth graders in the Pinellas County Schools.
