Clearwater Main Library Hosts ProgramCLEARWATER - The Clearwater Main Library will host the program Reflections on Haiti, Thursday, Feb. 25, at 2:00 p.m. Tampa Fire Rescue Lt. Roger Picard, along with his search and rescue dogs Party Girl and Cinder, and Tampa Fire Rescue Lt. Brian Smithey, were part of one of the first rescue teams to arrive in Haiti. They were deployed 48 hours after the recent earthquake, and are members of FEMA Florida Task Force 2. They will give a photo presentation of their recent trip to Haiti, where they rescued several victims from the earthquake debris. The Clearwater Main Library is located at 100 N.
