Largo Community Center supervisor Craig Dolan, left, is pictured with renowned artist Patrick Gaughan at the recent Festival of the Arts Art and Floral Competition and Show. Gaughan, who displayed a collection of his oils and watercolors at the show, also gave a live painting demonstration at the event.
