Response to a St. Pete Times articleThis is in response to the St. Pete Times' article "Vigil Shines Light on Abuse" on March 8th. I worked at the Haven Center for Domestic Violence. I am also presently a Guardian ad Litem with the Sixth Judicial Circuit. My heart goes out to the family of Laura Taft. As far as the system that protects victims of DU and abused children, it's a joke, enough said.
