Abilities Guild Hosts "Buffett Meets Sinatra""Buffett Meets Sinatra," an evening of music and laughter for all generations, includes dinner and a cash bar on Friday, April 9, at prestigious Carlouel Yacht Club on Clearwater Beach, 6:00 p.m. The party is open to the public at $65 per person, and is for the benefit of the Abilities Guild. Guests may dress in tropical wear to support the beat of "Margaritaville", or in something more appropriate for "New York, New York." The show is presented by musical stylists Dale Williams and Chuck Cobb, who have played Tampa Bay showrooms for years. Handicapped accessible with valet parking, Carlouel is located at the north end of Mandalay Blvd. Although the club is seldom open to the public, "Buffett Meets Sinatra" offers everyone a chance to dine, dance, and sing-along overlooking beautiful Clearwater Bay. The Abilities Guild raises funds for the Abilities Foundation to provide job training and placement, as well as appropriate housing for the disabled of our area, including returning veterans. Its 501 (C)(3) status enables patrons to claim a tax deduction of $30 per ticket for this event.
