Free Prom Dresses Still Available at Clearwater Main LibraryCLEARWATER - The Clearwater Public Library has a variety of free prom dresses available for Pinellas County high school students. Students may visit the Clearwater Main Library from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, to browse the collection of new or gently used dresses and take one home at no cost, while supplies last. There are dresses in a variety of sizes. Local community members donated the dresses to the Clearwater Public Library System. The Clearwater Main Library is located at 100 N.
