Response to the budget for Recreation, Parks and Arts

In regards to your page A3 report on tight budget for Recreation, Parks and Arts, I have a suggestion.

An expensive electronic billboard has been flashing for two weeks in the median of Walsingham Road near 146th Street. The message was promoting the April 3rd activity at McGough Park, today is April 9. It appears that there is no other use for this machine, there must be an expense to keep it in operation, why not sell it and use the funds to help the parks?
