Place-Hamilton Wedding Announced
Laura Alison Place and Andrew Hoyt Hamilton were united in marriage April 17, 2010 at the First Methodist Church of Waco, Texas. Laura is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Place of Woodway. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Inge Faris of Waco. Laura is a 2004 Midway High School Graduate and a 2008 graduate of Georgia Tech. She is an Aerospace Engineer with United Space Alliance at the John Space Center in Houston. Drew is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hoyt Hamilton of Smyrne, Ga. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Hamilton and the late Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Downing, all of Clearwater, Fl. Drew is a 2004 Clearwater High graduate and a 2008 graduate of Georgia Tech. He is a Financial Services Professional with New York Life Insurance Company in Houston. Sara Eusing, childhood friend, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mary Piantadosi, Carrie Ripberger, and Katie Vila. Brad Hamilton, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Danny Fisher, Ryan Repp, and Jeremis Smith. Ushers were Ty Anderson and Brian Place. After a honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, the couple will reside in Houston.
