City of Largo Issues RFP for Largo Public Library Cafe OperatorLARGO - The City of Largo has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a cafe operator within the Largo Public Library. Located at 120 Central Park Drive, the Largo Public Library is home to 85,000 registered users and has approximately 675,000 visitors annually. The cafe is accessible to the public and will maintain the same hours of operation as the library. It will also have the ability to provide catering for over 200 events that take place within the facility each year. The cafe is located at the front entrance of the library and includes 1,000 square feet of indoor space and an additional 300 square feet of outdoor space. Floor plans and photos of the cafe can be found at www.LargoPublicLibrary.org. The RFP will have a five-year operating agreement with an additional five-year extension.
