Library Program Focuses on Balloons

Tony the Balloon Guy (a.k.a. Tony Frostman) prepares to throw a balloon into the audience during his presentation at the Largo Public Library on June 18. Frostman entertained the children with the creation of a variety of large and small animal balloons, including an octopus and alligator as well as a lobster, frog and jellyfish.
