SPCA Hosts Cat Olympics

Donna Bainter, director of behavior and animal care at SPCA Tampa Bay, leads an eight-week-old kitten through the Cat's Meow Obstacle Course during the Cat Olympics at the shelter on June 19. The kitten and other felines were judged as they crawled through the Tunnel of Tuna, performed Leg Weavers and maintained their balance on the Cat Walk Tight Rope. The cat lovers in attendance had the opportunity to test their knowledge of feline trivia and win prizes in the Cat Jeopardy sessions held throughout the day.
