Humane Society of Pinellas Hosts Pet Fashion Show and Calendar Kick Off PawtyCLEARWATER - To benefit the Humane Society of Pinellas, on Saturday, July 24, The New Barker, Paw Paws, and Westfield Countryside Mall are sponsoring a Pet Fashion Show from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The runway will be set for our models to strut their stuff hoping to impress our panel of judges, including Alicia Perez, HSN Host. Models will be scored on attire, purrsonality, and originality. Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. in front of Paw Paws inside the Westfield Countryside mall, located at the southeastern entrance. All models need to be registered prior to the fashion show contest beginning at noon on the nose! They will also be offered a VIP Yappitizer Buffet sponsored by Paw Paws. The winner of this show will be guaranteed 1 of the 13 coveted opportunities to be featured in our 2011 calendar, Celebration of Companionship. The additional 12 calendar models will be chosen by votes through our website on submitted photos. You are invited to submit as many photos as you would like for a $10 donation per submission. Within 72 hours, find your picture on our website ready for the voting to begin. Voting will continue through September 19th. The 13 winners will receive a professional photo session with Photography by Rebecca along with a calendar. The photo utilized in the calendar will be selected from the professional photo session. The Celebration of Companionship 2011 Calendar will be available for sale the beginning of November for $20. Preorders are available for $15 and a $3 mailing option is available.
