CLEARWATER - Want to show your support for your local library? Now you can, in a noticeable way. White T-shirts, which sport the words "Support Your Local Library", are now available for purchase in the Friends Book & Gift Store at the Clearwater Main Library. The shirts also feature the artwork of an open book stating. "I Love to Read and Write". A red heart and yellow pencil complete the design. Cost is $8 for children's sizes. Adult sizes are $10.

Other gift items can be found in the store. Jewelry, scarves, glass candle holders and Phillies memorabilia are among them. There are also animal finger puppets for the younger set. Jewelry prices range from $3 to $20. Pelicans, flamingos and alligators made of metal surround the glass candle holders. You can purchase hardcover books for $1.50-$5. Magazines sell for a dime or a quarter, depending on the date. Paperbacks are 50 cents and $1.
