Safety Harbor Garden Club Schedules ProgramYou don't need an armload of flowers to make an exquisite arrangement! Sometimes a tiny bouquet in a tiny container is just what you need. The Safety Harbor Garden Club will be hosting Dr. Elsa Soto's program, "Bouquet in a Cup and Saucer" on Wednesday, August 18, at 9:30 a.m. This program will be at the Safety Harbor Library (101 Second St North, Safety Harbor.) Dr. Elsa Soto will be demonstrating how to use teacups and other small vases to turn just a few blooms into a focal point for your table, desk, or living room. Just for fun, members and guests are invited to bring in their own small arrangements for show and tell. Be creative! Refreshments will precede the program.
