Largo Pool Offers Arthritis Aquatics Program

Amy Ashlock, an Arthritis Foundation certified aquatics instructor, left, works one on one with Kathleen Frost during a recent class at the Highland Family Aquatics Complex in Largo. Ashlock teaches the Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No swimming skills are needed, she says. The class is taught in warm water up to chest deep with a stair step entry. Persons interested in registering for the class may call 518-3018 for more information.
