Bay City Ballet Holds Open Auditions for The NutcrackerThe Bay City Ballet will be holding auditions for their 10th annual production of the holiday favorite The Nutcracker, to be performed at the Largo Cultural Center. The auditions will be open to the public. The Bay City Ballet is casting children and teens with dance experience, adults, gymnasts, and specialty acts (i.e. - stilt walkers, jugglers, etc.) The auditions schedule is as follows: Saturday, October 2: Auditions held at Clearwater studios (1715 S Missouri Ave.) Advanced dancers will be seen at 11:00 a.m., children ages 8-10 will be seen at 2:00 p.m., and children 5-7 will be seen at 3:00 p.m. All others will be seen at 4:00 p.m. The Nutcracker performance dates are December 18th and 19th.
