Hearse Needed for 7th Annual Halloween CarnivalPALM HARBOR - Attention Funeral Homes and Classic Car Collectors! Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation is in need of a hearse to display at its upcoming 7th Annual Children's Halloween Carnival to take place on Saturday, October 30, 6:30 p.m., at the Palm Harbor Community Activity Center (1500 16th Street.) The hearse will be parked at the entrance to the cemetery behind the Activity Center, which will feature hayrides and a haunted trail.
