Awning Works Inc installs new landmark sign on U.S. Highway 19

CLEARWATER – Awning Works Inc., a sun control and architectural product company in the Tampa Bay area for 29 years, has a new location and a 48 foot high, custom designed LED display landmark sign.
With help from the government’s Small Business Administration program and local Cornerstone Community Bank, Awning Works purchased the abandoned Recreational Factory Warehouse building at 10820 US Highway 19 N located in the stretch of the U.S. 19 that is under construction last year. Their new showroom features awnings, outdoor furniture, fabric by the yard and custom manufactured fabric goods such as cushions and pillows.
The concept of the sign was developed in the vein of retro Las Vegas signage.
In addition to the showroom, which is open to the public, the new building has a 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility and the unique office space houses the Schechner family enterprise of businesses including:  eCentral Stores, Fabrics Central, Art Display Central, ABuilt Inc. and Refueled Inc Web Development operations.
