Championship coach to speak at UPARC lunch

CLEARWATER — The UPARC Foundation will host an afternoon of prayer and inspiration on April 24 featuring Gene Chizik, head coach of Auburn University's 2010 national championship team.
 
Chizik is also the author of “All In: What It Takes to Be the Best” and will host a book signing before the luncheon with a $150 contribution.
 
This year's Champion of Hope Lunch also will feature presentation of the Champion of Hope Award. The Dr. William Hale Champion of Hope award is given annually to a community leader or leaders who embody the passion, integrity and long-term commitment to the community exemplified by its founder.
 
The noon luncheon is at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 N. McMullen-Booth Road. Admission is free but reservations are required. Call the UPARC Foundation at (727) 797-8712.
