Chapel-by-the-Sea to host Florida Suncoast Chorus
 
CLEARWATER BEACH — The all-male Florida Suncoast Chorus, a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, will perform a free concert at 4 p.m. Sunday at Chapel-By-The-Sea, 54 Bay Esplanade.

Also on Sunday, the Rev. Herb Freitag returns to the pulpit to preach on “Thanskgivings” during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Kayley Kinpoints and Marilyn Michael will sing a duet, “Bless This House.” The congregation will collect nonperishable food for the Religious Community Services Food Bank.

St. George Serbian Orthodox Church to host annual Serb Fest
CLEARWATER — St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, 15250 58th St. N., plans its annual Serb Fest from 10 a.m. to midnight Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
 
The festival will offer carnival rides and entertainment for children, pastries and other ethnic food, traditional coffee and folk dancing.  Parking is free; cover charge is $1.

Volunteer cooks needed for Thanksgiving
 
DUNEDIN – Do you like to cook and want to help the less fortunate this Thanksgiving?
 
Chef John Lewis is seeking volunteers to purchase and cook 16-pound turkeys (minimum 16-pounds) for a Thanksgiving dinner at St. Mark's Lutheran Church at 1120 Curlew Road in Dunedin.
 
Cooks are asked to prepare the turkey at home before delivering it to the church during the hours of 4-8 p.m. on Nov. 24 - Nov. 27. Pre-cooked apple or pumpkin pies are also needed.
 
Cooks are asked to call (727) 433-1889 to coordinate a drop-off time for pre-cooked food. If you would prefer to help prepare side dishes, meet at the church during the afternoon or evening hours on Nov. 24 - Nov. 27.

Largo Christian Fellowship Church Sunday Worship 
 
The Christian Fellowship Church, located at 900 Starkey Road in Largo, is taking a new direction in worship with a contemporary service that begins each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. 
 
A main feature of the service is music presented by worship leader Terry Rogers. The sermon will be presented by Pastor Steve Gulbronson. This contemporary worship service attracts both youth and adults. For more information, call (727) 581-1742.
 
Charity seeks donations of clothing, shoes
 
CLEARWATER — Clothes To Kids, which provides clothing free to low-income children in Pinellas County schools, has an urgent need for new and gently used garments and shoes after a busy start to the academic year.
 
The charity is asking schools, businesses, places of worship and neighborhood organizations to run a clothing drive as soon as possible so the organization's stores can finish the year fully stocked with clothing and shoes for kindergartners through 12th graders. 
 
Especially needed are young boys and girls shorts and pants sizes six to 16, small to extra large tops, young men's shorts sizes 18-38, and girls and boys shoes sizes six to 12. 
 
CTK operates year-round and continues to clothe more than 12,000 children annually. Tax-deductible cash donations may be mailed to CTK's store at 1059 N. Hercules Ave., Clearwater FL 33765 or dropped off there or at the St. Petersburg location, 3251 Third Ave. N., Suite 145. Donations of clothing and shoes are accepted at the stores from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
