Largo Elks dedicate ceremony to memory of Sept.11 victims

LARGO - The public was invited to join members of Elks Lodge 2159 in Largo on Sept. 11 for a ceremony dedicated to the memory of those lost in the terrorist attacks on that day 12 years ago.  Local police, firefighters and city and county officials were on hand for the observance.  Pinellas County Commissioner Norm Roche was among the guest speakers.
