Library offers free Valentine’s programs

 CLEARWATER — The Clearwater Library System has planned a variety of free Valentine’s programs at its branches:
 
• Noon Feb. 8, East Library, 2251 Drew St. Families are invited to create Valentines and celebrate the “love of books.”
 
• 2 p.m. Feb. 8, Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. School-age children are invited to create a Valentine craft.
 
• 2:30 p.m. Feb. 9, Main Library. Students in grades six to 12 are invited to an “Anti-Valentine’s Un-Celebration.” Wear black and enjoy crafts, games and un-love songs.
 
• 3:30 p.m. Feb. 12, Countryside Library, 2741 State Road 580. Youngsters will craft their own Valentines.
 
• 5 p.m. Feb. 12, North Greenwood Library, 905 Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. Youths are invited to a “Be My Valentine Craft” event.
