Regional chamber to host nonprofit event, business builder series

CLEARWATER — The Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce will be hosting these events:
 
Make a Difference Night: To encourage and engage community involvement among local nonprofit organizations, the chamber is hosting this event to create awareness about community services in hopes to generate public, which could result in new volunteers and monetary support. Build relationships with local nonprofit organizations and learn about their services from 6 to 8 p.m. April 8 at Winter's Dolphin Tale Adventure, 300 Cleveland St. The free event is sponsored by the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Clearwater Young Professionals.
 
A short presentation, scavenger hunt with prizes, and refreshments with a cash bar will be featured.
 
Strategic Business Workshop:  What is an essential roadmap for business success? How do you take your vision, business plan and financial projects to the next level and stay committed to ensuring your business' success?
 
This 10-week program will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. every Monday starting April 21 for 10 weeks at the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce, 600 Cleveland St. Suite 200 – Bank of America Building. The program will end with a graduation luncheon location on June 27. 
 
Register by April 4 to receive the discount rate of $292 for chamber members and $449 for non-chamber members. Registration cost after April 4 is chamber members $325 and $499 for non-chamber members.
