CLEARWATER — The Clearwater Aging Well Center, 1501 N. Belcher Road in the Long Center, will host a free Valentine Social from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday. The band 2 The Max will play, and refreshments will be served.

Acting and character class — Wednesdays from 2 to 4:30 p.m. through March 12, Ruth Eckerd Hall’s teaching artist, Nicole Evans Haumesser, will teach acting and character building for the stage. A fee is required.
Virtual dementia tour — Step into the shoes of a loved one suffering from memory loss from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 21. The difficulties and frustrations encountered in simple daily tasks will be explored. Pre-registration is required.
Zumba made simple — Explore Zumba basics for those starting a new exercise habit in this class tailored to those with significant weight-loss goals. Sessions are 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. A fee is required.
Eastern modalities — Tibetan singing bowls — Experience how ancient traditional instruments are used in meditation to achieve a sense of relaxation and calm. The free session is from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 27. Pre-registration is suggested.
