Walk celebrates accomplishments of people with Down syndrome

LARGO - Some 1,900 people came out to support the 10th anniversary of the Tampa Bay Area Buddy Walk at Largo Central Park on Oct. 12.  The event, which celebrates the many abilities and accomplishments of people with Down syndrome, featured a one-mile walk, games, crafts, bounce houses, a silent auction, music, food, entertainment and more.
