Sugar Sand Festival attracts attention at Clearwater Beach

The 10-day event is only in its second year, but it's already being viewed as a staple of the burgeoning beach scene.
 
Stephen Palm, a 62-year-old Dunedin resident, said nothing is quite as satisfying as donating time and for a cause that he believes in. To date, Palm  has donated 40 gallons of platelets.
