New Hope for Hero’s to host concert Thursday

— The New Hope for Hero’s Mega-Concert Series will present a special tribute show for local Veterans, their families and all those who have given their lives for our country at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Capitol Theatre in downtown.

The inspiring evening of appreciation and remembrance will offer local veterans of all wars the grateful thanks of the Clearwater community.

The public is invited to attend. Free tickets are now available for general seating at www.NewHopeCampaign.org. Tickets also are available by calling (727) 231-4887. Reserved VIP and executive balcony box tickets also are available for a fee.

The show will feature a live performance by host E. Laurence Bake of Trans-Formation with local singing sensations Nancy Burridge and Emily Cutting and special video segments by Tony Award-winner Joe Mantegna, Emmy Award-winner Gary Sinise, acclaimed actor Tom Hanks and other Academy Award winning artists who have dedicated their time and support to Veterans’ causes. The video segments will also spotlight Colin L. Powell and two-time Academy and Emmy Award-winning actress Dianne Wiest.

The Pinellas County based New Hope for Heroes Campaign USA provides music and entertainment concerts with inspirational and motivational elements for U.S. veterans and their families and to inspire local communities to come together in the spirit of thanks and appreciation to help veterans to gain a whole new sense of hope for a happier, healthier life.
