Passport Adventures at Heritage Village this summer

LARGO — Starting this June, Heritage Village is offering a Passport Adventures program for children, ages 4 to 11. The two-hour hands-on program is designed for summer camps, recreation, church and other groups.

The sessions begin at 10 a.m., Wednesday through Friday, June 25 to Aug. 8. The cost of participation is $3 per child. Adult supervision and pre-registration are required.

The groups will spend time in the old Florida piney woods, tour historical houses, and explore, play and learn about daily life activities, games and stories of the past. Docent teen volunteers will host the tours.
