SPCA Tampa Bay opens Pet Wellness Clinic

LARGO — SPCA Tampa Bay has opened a pet wellness clinic at its Largo facility that will offer various services including vaccinations, heartworm tests, deworming, heartworm and flea preventatives and microchip implanting.

Clinic hours are from 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.

“Introducing more accessible pet wellness care at our Largo facility is a valuable step that meets an immediate need in our community and supports our future vision,” said Martha Boden, SPCA CEO.

SPCA Tampa Bay board and staff are continuing to move forward with plans for a full-service veterinary and high-volume spay and neuter clinic in St. Petersburg.
